Indoor Air Quality Detector

Air Quality and Coginitive Ability

The human body use 420-litres oxygen, a total of 10,000-litres of air that is crucial for human survival every day.

“Cognitive domains influenced by indoor air quality are basic mobility, utilisation of mobility, level of focus on assigned task, thought, strategy, task orientation and response to crisis.
“Optimal cognitive ability is based on access to good air quality and this can only be done with a reliable measurement system in place.”

Indoor Air Quality Detector

Honeywell has been awarded the prestigeous 2018-IF Design Award for Innovation with its’ latest design, the Indoor Air Quality Detector (IAQD)

This system offers a comprehensive measurement of air quality based on the influences of harmful particle matter (PM2.5), this include measurement of for example virusses, dust and ash. PM2.5 is the sum of the measurement of formaldehyde (HCOC, gases formed by furniture and equipment) volatile organic compound, (TVOC, gases formed for example by paint on walls) and Carbon dioxide (CO2, odourless gases used in air conditioners and fridges).

Mobile Application – A first in the Market, A first in One System

Honeywell’s IAQD is the first in the international market with a mobile application for Android and iPhones. This application is based on real-time information in all areas and displays the percentage cognitive ability output in a given scenario.

The unit is compact in size (80X80X22), weighs only 150 grams and is equipped with a battery with 2600mAh capacity.
